neuro-affirming leadership studio; structured momentum lab.

*See too: The brain’s natural fuel for motivation, satisfaction, and possibility — the spark that helps us move from intention to action.

Late-diagnosed neurodivergent women have unique leadership needs.

For many, success hides decades of masking, over‑functioning and chronic burnout. The cost of sustaining it is high—executive function fluctuates, sensory overload and context switching drain your energy, hormonal shifts affect focus, people‑pleasing and rejection sensitivity eat at your confidence, and productivity comes in crash‑and‑recover cycles.

Trying to run a nonlinear brain in linear systems isn’t a personal failure; it’s a predictable outcome of navigating leadership without the right scaffolding, language, or support. And everything changes once you build supports designed for how your brain works.

DOPAMINE STUDIO is a structured, creative coaching space for late-Dx leaders.

The community we co-create shapes new ways of working and leading.

I know these challenges firsthand. My own late diagnosis of combined ADHD and autism (AuDHD) changed my life and my leadership, and it led me to study how neurodivergence, behavior change, and AI accommodations can be combined for better outcomes. You shouldn’t have to fight your brain to succeed.

Neurodivergent women leaders, especially those who are late diagnosed (Dx), have specific needs that most leadership support misses or overlooks.

Years of masking can harden into perfectionism, overwork, and shame loops, while executive function variability shows up as stalled starts, context switching, and inconsistent follow-through. Hormone-linked swings, rejection sensitivity (RSD), and constant environmental friction—meetings, noise, notifications—drain capacity, especially in roles with high expectations and invisible labor.

And when disclosure feels risky, support and accommodations are delayed, making burnout feel inevitable. DOPAMINE STUDIO exists to redesign how you work and lead—starting with how your brain actually works.

We’ll identify where your friction lives — energy, focus, masking, boundaries, leadership dynamics — and what’s getting in the way.

  • Co-design your scaffolds

Together, we build ND-affirming systems, rituals, and accommodations (including optional AI-enabled supports) you can actually sustain.
